Do you sell colour?

No.

OK, but I really need boro colour. Where can I buy it in Canada?

Many glassblowers get their colour from the following Canadian retailers:

Do you carry ground joints?

Not at this time. However, please feel free to enquire. If there is enough demand, I will look into it.

Do you have regular store hours?

No. All pick up and shopping is by appointment; please email me in advance to arrange a time to meet. I am generally available Monday – Friday, and sometimes Saturdays.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on orders of 5 cases or more.

If I want to order 30 or more cases, can I get it drop-shipped directly to my location?

Yes. You will save on shipping in addition to your quantity discount. Please email me to discuss.

Where does the glass come from?

Simax glass is made by Kavalier in the Czech Republic. It is imported directly to Canada by the North American distributor located in Ontario, and then shipped by truck to BC.

I am not in Western Canada. I am located in Manitoba or points east. Can I still order Simax glass from you?

Yes, but there are other distributors who may be closer to you, check them out too:

Do you ship to the U.S. or anywhere outside of Canada?

No, I do not.
